The Story Behind the Book

Why I Wrote Think

For most of my life, I believed the stories I told myself. That I wasn't enough. That the path I was on was the only one available to me. That the version of myself I had become was fixed, permanent, and final.

Then everything changed. Not in a dramatic, cinematic way — but slowly, quietly, the way real change always happens. A loss. A silence. A moment of stillness in which I finally heard myself think.

Think is the book I wish I had found during those years. It is honest about the darkness, but it is ultimately a story about what becomes possible when you stop believing the lies you've been telling yourself — and start asking better questions.

Honest Writing

Every page of Think is written without the safety net of distance or abstraction. Raw, real, and earned.

Resilience

Not the Instagram kind — the kind that looks like sitting with hard things until they become something you can carry.

Curiosity

The belief that asking a better question is always the first step toward a better life.
